How to Request a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
- You may also choose to receive store credit or a replacement product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
